Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes. Product images represent the actual items we supply. Because some products are handled in bulk, slight variation in packaging may occur, but the product specifications — size, capacity, material and brand — match what's listed. If you need exact specifications for a large order, contact us and we'll confirm before you buy.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your receipt is emailed to you automatically once an order is confirmed. You can also view all your orders and invoices anytime by logging into your account under "My Account → Orders."
How can I return an item?
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within [3] days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Please see our Returns policy for full details.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes. Most items are restocked regularly. If something you need is out of stock, contact us — for hotels and restaurants we can often reserve stock or give you an expected restock date for bulk orders.
Where can I ship my order?
We deliver across Nepal. Delivery within the Kathmandu Valley typically takes [2–3] working days, and other regions [3–7] working days. Free delivery applies on orders over Rs 15,000; smaller orders are charged based on location.
